Set-up: Saturday – 8:00AM – 8:00PM
Show: Sunday – 8:00AM – 3:00PM
Tear-down: Sunday – 3:00PM – 7:00PM

We have several sizes and options. Availability can vary. Contact us for pricing and the latest availability.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A BOOTH IS STILL AVAILABLE?
A booth is not considered sold until payment is received. There are times when booths are being worked through the booking process and have not yet been marked as sold. Just ask! It’s the best way to know.
Placement changes are made up until move-in. We try to avoid moving vendors whenever possible, however sometimes it’s just not possible.
WHAT COMES WITH THE BOOTH?
Booths amenities include pipe & drape, ONE undraped table, chairs, I.D sign (if requested), trash can. Please see our Vendor Information Packet for more specific booth details.
HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BE A VENDOR?
Vendor registration is available through our online system under – APPLY TO BE A VENDOR. The online registration system allows for convenient vendor registration.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO BE A VENDOR AT THE NEXT SHOW?
There is no deadline. However, certain booth sizes and locations sellout and deadlines for options pass.
HOW DO WE GET EXHIBITOR BADGES?
Visit the Vendor Resources page for the show in which you are participating. There is a mechanism for you to submit your representative’s names. Badges will be made and provided to you at the show.
